Controller and legal identification

Data and purpose

We process your contact details, language, property information, dates, listing link, notes and any photographs you provide.

We use them only to assess and answer the request, prepare a quote and, if you hire the service, coordinate delivery. We do not use these data for advertising.

Job applications

When you apply, we process your name, contact details, town, experience, transport, areas and availability to consider you for the team. It is sent by transactional email and kept in Alexandra’s private operational console, accessible only to authorised staff; it does not enter the commercial InvestSafe24 CRM. If you are not hired, it is deleted within 12 months.

We also ask for your age to assess the application and organise the selection process.

Legal basis

Processing is necessary to answer your request and take pre-contractual steps. Where applicable, it also relies on the consent expressed when you ask us to contact you.

Recipients

The request is first registered in Limpieza Vacacional’s private operational console. When the connection is available, the necessary contact and consent data may also be synchronised with InvestSafe24, the group CRM.

Cloudflare provides technical hosting and operational photo storage; Resend delivers transactional emails. We do not sell data or share it for advertising.

Retention

Requests that do not become a service are kept for no more than 24 months for follow-up and the defence of possible claims. Where a contract exists, necessary data are kept throughout the service and applicable statutory periods.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to the address above. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Security, transfers and cookies

We use access controls, encrypted communication and authenticated services. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, the appropriate legal safeguards will be used.

We do not make automated decisions or build profiles. This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies; only strictly necessary technical resources may be used.

To prevent abusive submissions, we temporarily process a non-reversible technical fingerprint and request volume. It is deleted automatically and is not used for advertising.
